JENNA

A movement enthusiast with a passion for community, nature and not taking life too seriously. Jenna has over 8 years of experience teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Boxing (with a sprinkle of Reiki and Surfing).

 

Having lead Wellness retreats for just short of a decade, she finds joy in connecting with others, sharing wisdom and story. It's all about having a damn good time. Her motto is simple, "eat well, move more, live better."

What level of Surf experience is required?

All levels are welcome, we will split groups into 2 for each session (beginner and beginner/intermediate)

Do I need to bring my own board?

If you're already surfing, we recommend you bring your own board. If you need to borrow or just starting out, we have plenty of long boards for you to use.

 

What is the schedule like?

This varies depending on the surf forecast, but generally the morning is "active" with pre surf Pilates and a light snack, breakfast after surfing, lunch and down time, afternoon stretch/Pilates/Myofascial release ending with a drink and group video analysis before dinner.

What is required to reserve a spot?

You have the option to pay a $500 deposit or pay in full.

 

Any outstanding amount will be due no later than 30 days from the retreat date. We offer full refunds on deposits if cancellations are made over 60 days from the retreat date. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

* Please also note that by purchasing a ticket and attending the retreat you confirm and warrant that you are both physically and psychologically fit to attend, and have no pre-existing medical conditions which may prevent or restrict your ability to participate fully in the retreat. Participants assume all responsibility for all risks, injury, loss or damages, known or unknown, which may incur as a result of or in connection with my participation in the retreat.
